I PLAN TREN JONES WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Grant County have been advised by the Grant Count}, Planning Commission that a public hearing was conducted on October 4, 1995 on the matter of changing the zoning from AGRICULTURE to SUBURBAN/AGRICULTURE in a portion of the North half of the Northwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 18, Township 19 North, Range 29 East W.M. and; WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having said recommendation, has given notice this matter would be considered at a Public Hearing on November 20, 1995. following items: WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners have conditioned the approval on the Developer shall apply for a release of the irrigation water allotment for the property on which this zone change includes or provide a delivery system for all future lots developed from this parcel. WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners have found that the proposal is consistent with current use and zoning of the area. WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners have found that this rezone will serve as a buffer zone between smaller lot densities towards the City of Moses Lake and larger lots to the North and East of the property. WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners have found that there is a need for 5 acre lots in the Moses Lake vicinity. WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners have found that the proposal is within the proposed Urban Growth Boundary area of the City of Moses Lake. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County Commissioners for Grant County, Washington, does, by this Resolution, amend the Grant County Comprehensive Plan and Official Zoning Map for Grant County to the effect that the following described property shall henceforth be zoned as SUBURBAN -AGRICULTURE: The North half of the Northwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 18, Township 19 North, Range 29 East W.M., Grant County, Washington, containing 20 acres.
