GRANT COUNTY,WASHINGTON
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A
CASH ADVANCE(LOAN) TO THE RESOLUTION # 95-176 -CC
ALL TERRAIN VEHICLE FUND #119
WHEREAS, the All Terrain vehicle fund receives reimbursement from Grants after
expenditures are made; and
WHEREAS, the All Terrain Vehicle Fund has no cash reserves of it's own; and
WHEREAS, the Grant billing cycle is on a monthly basis that could cover more
than two accounting periods; and
WHEREAS, the Current Expense Fund has sufficient cash,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, that the Current Expense Fund- advance
the All Terrain Vehicle Fund #119 an amount of $4.0,000, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that repayment would be at such time as when the
All Terrain Vehicle Fund #119 cash on hand stabilizes at a level sufficient to operate
normally without issuing interest bearing warrants.
This resolution is in the best interest of good government and shall take effect
immediately.
