ROAD NAMED
'D' NW ROAD
RESOLUTION NO. 96 -7 -CC
NOTICE OF HEARING
WHEREAS, it is the intent of Grant County to establish the following described
road section as a Grant County Road;
Beginning at the North right of way of Road 'T NW; thence
bearing due North along the section line to South right of way
of Road '9' NW and terminating.
WHEREAS, in accordance with RCW 36.81.070, a public hearing shall be held
to consider said action and the report of the County Engineer.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that a public hearing be held at 10:30
A.M., February 13, 1996, to consider said establishment at which time all persons interested
may appear and be heard.
