IN THE MATTER OF
ESTABLISHING A
CERTAIN COUNTY
ROAD NAMED
D' NW ROAD
RESOLUTION NO. 96 -18 -CC
ORDER ESTABLISHING GRANT COUNTY ROADS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Grant County, Washington
at a meeting held on January 16, 1996 did approve a resolution declaring the Board's
intention to establish as a Grant County road; and
WHEREAS, the County Road Engineer did give his report and did recommend
the establishment of the road; and
WHEREAS, said notice of intent was both published and posted in accordance
with the law; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held in accordance with said resolution
Tuesday, February 13, 1996 at 10:30 A.M., and at which time no one appeared in opposition
to this establishment;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the following described road be
declared established:
Beginning at the North right of way of Road 7 NW; thence
bearing due North along the section line to South right of way
of Road '9' NW and terminating.
