RESOLUTION NUMBER 96-17 -CC
A RESOLUTION, Number 96 -3 -CC related to the abolishment of an existing County
fund named Admissions Tax Fund #125, Department #167.
WHEREAS, the abolition of said fund may, and has been accomplished
without a public hearing pursuant to state and county laws; and
WHEREAS, the residual equity was transferred to the Current Expense and
should have been the Cumulative Reserve Fund #105 as was originally decided;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the remaining positive balance of
$415,791.45 of the Admissions Tax Fund be transferred from the Current Expense
Fund #001 to the Cumulative Reserve Fund #105.
