BEFORE THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF GRANT COUNTY, WASHINGTON
IN THE MATTER OF AUTHORIZING THE CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS TO SIGN AN AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
BETWEEN BENTON COUNTY, FRANKLIN COUNTY, GRANT COUNTY, AND CH2MHILL
TO OBTAIN PLANNING SERVICES FOR THE RESOURCE PROTECTION OF THE
HANFORD REACH.
BE IT RESOLVED that the Chairman of the Board of County
Commissioners is hereby authorized to sign on behalf of the Board,
an Agreement between Benton County, Franklin County, Grant County
and CH2MHILL for the purpose of obtaining planning services for the
resource protection of the Hanford Reach as described in a
statement of work, dated March 1996, entitled Hanford Reach
Resource Protection Plannina Services.
