RESOLUTION NO. 96-41—('(;
RESOLUTION APPROVING
TIME EXTENSION OF A
PRELIMINARY PLAT
BERNIE VAN DIEST
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Grant County have been
advised by the Grant County Planning Commission that a hearing was conducted on March 6,
1996 on the matter of recommending approval of a one year time extension of West Pointe
Estates Preliminary Plat, a 157.42 acre subdivision into 29 lots in a portion of Northeast
quarter of Section 12, Township 19 North, Range 27 East, W.M. and ;
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners have upheld the findings of
the Grant County Planning Commission that a good faith effort has been made to complete the
project and progress has been made in this development toward successful completion.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County
Commissioners for Grant County, Washington by this Resolution approve a one year time
extension for the Preliminary Plat of West Pointe Estates on the property described below:
The Northeast quarter of Section 12, Township 19 North, Range 27 East, W.M., Grant
County Washington
