NOTICE OF HEARING
ON VACATION ON
CERTAIN COUNTY ROAD
RESOLUTION NO. 96 -39 -CC
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Grant County,
Washington, has determined that consideration should be given to vacating certain
portions of an unused County road described as follows:
That portion of County Road '2' SE from the Northeast
corner of Section 17, Township 18 North, Range 30 E.W.M.
and running Westerly along the North line of said Section 17
for a distance of 1020 feet more or less.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that a public hearing be held in
the Office of the Board of County Commissioners, Grant County Courthouse, Ephrata,
Washington at 10:30 A.M. on Tuesday, April 30, 1996 to consider, evidence for or
objections against the vacation and abandonment of the above described county road.
