THIS MONITOR CONSISTS OF A BASE TRAILER, MPH K-55 RADAR WITH 12 INCH SPEED SIGN, WHEEL LOCK, SIGN STORAGE RACK AND SPARE TIRE. Ephrata P.D., Mattawa P.D., Moses Lake P.D., Quincy P.D., Rearden P.D., Soap Lake P.D. and the Washington State Patrol, Ephrata Detachment, request for reimbursement funding was approved by the WASCP Traffic Committee. After considerable and arduous discussion, the committee approved a maximum of $8,500 for this grant.
