RESOLUTION NUMBER 96 -64 -CC
A RESOLUTION authorizing an appropriation and expenditure of funds
for the following department/fund: r R j n_ 91-.1 Bond Fund 4223-001
,together with a budget there-
fore, pursuant to RCW 36.40.140.
WHEREAS, it has been brought to the attention of the Board
of County Commissioners of Grant County that emergency conditions
require that an appropriation and expenditure of funds be auth-
orized for the above-mentioned department/fund, together with a
budget therefor; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to RCW 36.40.140, Resolution No. 96 -48 -CC
was duly adopted on Aril 29,1996 ,and published in the
G.C.Journal on 5/9&5%16/96 declaring an
emergency and stating the -facts constituting the emergency and.
the estimated amount of funds required to meet it, together with a
notice of public hearing, and said public hearing was held thereon
where interested persons were allowed to appear and be heard;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMIS-
SIONERS OF GRANT COUNTY, STATE OF WASHINGTON, that an appropriation
and expenditure of funds is hereby authorized for the following
department/fund: r . R . T _ n _ 91-1 Rnnr1 Frnnd 16?9,i-nn1
in the total sum of $ 8,665 according to the attached
budget.
This resolution is in the best interests of good government
and shall take effect immediately upon its passage.

TO INCREASE APPROPRIATIONS FOR UNANTICIPATED EXPENDITURES FOR THE
UNANTICIPATED ASSESSMENT REVENUE AND BOND PRINCIPAL PAYMENT

A lot of payoffs were made on the GRID 93-3 billing that was sent
out in January., While I thought I was aggressive in my estimate
of revenues that would come in to go towards the annual debt
payment, I was still off almost $9,000.00 and need to increase
the budget for the debt payment that was made. Please amend the
CRID 93-3 Bond 223-001 budget per the detail below:
Revenue -
368.00.00.00 SP ASSMNT-PRINCIPAL $8,665.00
Expenditure -
592.95.73.00 SP ASSMNT BOND PRNP $8,665.00
I will be even more aggressive for next years budget.
