RESOLUTION NO. 96 -95 -CC
RESOLUTION APPROVING
A PLAT ALTERATION

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Grant County have been
advised by the Grant County Planning Commission that a public hearing was conducted on
June 5, 1996 on the matter of approving the plat alteration of Lots 11, and 22, Div. H, Marine
View Heights.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners held a public meeting on July
159 1996 regarding this matter.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners have upheld the findings of
the Grant County Planning Commission that the plat is consistent with the Comprehensive plan
of Grant County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County
Commissioners for Grant County, Washington by this Resolution approve the plat alteration of
Lots 11, and 22, Division II, Marine View Heights, with the condition that these two lots do
not violate RCW 58.17.215 par. (1).
