NOTICE OF HEARING
96 -92 -CC
WHEREAS, on August 13, 1996, the Board of County Commissioners will
conduct a hearing on its intention to dispose of County owned equipment declared surplus,
and
WHEREAS, it is the intention of the board to sell at public auction to the
highest bidder for cash all equipment declared surplus by the heads of government, and
WHEREAS, Exhibit'A', attached hereto, is a tentative listing of equipment
and/or merchandise that will be offered for sale,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that a public hearing be held in the
Office of The Board of County Commissioners of Grant County at the Grant County
Courthouse, Ephrata, Washington at 10:30 A.M. and anyone either for or against this
proposed auction sale may appear and be. heard.
