WHEREAS, the Grant County Commiss'coners, after hearing, and
having duty considered all re�evant evidence and t�stimony presen#ed,
has det�rmined that ihe Grant Caunty Road �udg�t required an
eleva�tion in property �ax reuenue from the previous year, in addi�ion ta
the el�vaiian resu[fiing frcam the addition of nevv construction and
improwements to praperty and any advancemer�t in th� vaiue of s�ate�
assessed praperty, in order % discharge �he expectec� expenses anci
obligatrons caf fhe Grani Caunty Road budget and is in its best interest;

property tax Ievy, in addi�ion io any am�uni resuiting �r�m the additian
of new canstruction and improvemen�s �o prvperty and any increases
