TO TC.}WIl�IG FEES WITHIN GRAN'I' C4UNTY AND C}THER
MATTERS PRC}PERLY RELATING THERETt�.
��HEREAS, Grant County desires in the exercise af the public hea.ltl�, safety and
welfare, and under the police power of Gra�t County, to designate tawing fees to be charged
by towing companies listed on tlle Grant County Sheriff's C}f .��ce RoiatianaJ. �all (�ui List as
eodified in RCW �6.55.125 and WAC 204-91A-14Q, Now, Therefore,
BE IT C}RAATNED �y the Board of Cammissioners of Grani County as fallows:
Purs�uant to RCW 36.32.120, and the authority extended thereby, Grant County does
hereby adopt by reference WAC 204-91A-140, together wiih amendments thereia or additions
thexeto on the subject of the ordin.ance.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY I2ES4LVEL� THAT 'THE GRANT CQUNTY
