c�� Cou�ty Commiss3oners of Grant Cc�unty th�.t an appropria�ian
and exp�nditure o� ��nds shou�d be authorized for the above-
mentionecl depar�ment/��nd, �ogethe� �sith a 3�udget �herefor, in
the e�t�mate� arta.au�s� .a�' $ 8 8QQ ; a�d

current budge� of Grant Co�.nty, however, emergent ccsnditio�s
ne�w reqtxire that such funds be expended; and
