WASHINGTON ssez3 (509) 754-2011 BOARD OF COUNTY CONIl�iISSIONERS GRANT COUNTY, WASHINGTON IN TFIE MATTER OF ALTERING LOTS #4 � AND 15, BLOCK 4, � IN THE PLAT OF MARINE VIEW HEIGHTS � LOCATED IN A PORTION OF � SECTION 18, TOWNSHIP 17N, RANGE 28EWM � GRANT COUNTY, WASHINGTON � � � RESOLUTION NO. 97-199—CC RESOLUTION APPROVING A PLAT ALTERATION Jon and Wilma Fay WHEREAS, the Boazd of Counry Commissioners of Grant County have been advised by the Grant County Planning Commission that a public hearing was conducted on November 5, 1997 on the matter of altering Lots 4 and 15, Block 4; Marine View Heights, Division #2located in a portion of the Northeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 18, Township 17 North, Range 28 East, W.M., Grant County, Washington (6815 Belmont St. SE). WHEREAS, the Grant County Planning Commission made a unanimous recommendation to approve with seven ('n conditions, the alteration of lot 4 and 15 by combining them into one lot approximately 0.57 acres in size. WHEREAS, the Grant Counry Board of Commissioners held a public meeting on December 2, 1997 and, WHEREAS, the Board of Counry Comnussioners have made a decision to uphold the recommendation to approve the proposed plat alteration request with the conditions as stipulated by the Planning Commission. WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners have found that the proposal is consistent with the Grant County Comprehensive Plan. WHEREAS, the Boazd of County Commissioners have found that the public use and interest will appazently be served by the plat aiteration. WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners have found that the proposal will not adversely effect the health, safety, and general welfare of the public in the vicinity of the proposai. WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners have found that the Plat Alteration should be govemed by the following seven (7) condirions of approval. NOW, THEIZEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County Commissioners for Grant County, Washington approve by this Resolurion, a plat alteration of Lots 4 and 15, Biock 4; Marine View Heights, Division �#2 located in a portion of the Northeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 18, Township 17 North, Range 28 East, W.M., Grant County, Washington (6815 Belmont St. SE). The plat alteration is approved subject to the following conditions. I. Development shall be in compliance with the Growth Management Act, The County-Wide Planning Policies, The Washington State Environmental Policy Act, the Grant Counry Comprehensive Plan, the Grant County Zoning Ordinance, and all applicable local, state, and federal regulations, ruiings or requirements. 2. Development shall comply with all applicable requirements of the Grant County Fire Marshal including but not limited to the Uniform Building Code aad Uniform Fire Code. 3. Development shall comply with all improvements and restrictions required by the Grant County Public �lorks Department.
