The original resolution stated no new assessment will be prepared unless there is an increase or decrease in the annual anticipated lighting costs submitted by the Grant County PUD. Last years assessment rate was set at ($31.00) per parcel fo 1997. The anticipated carryover going into 1998 is adequate for payments in February and March in 1999 if the assessment rate is not.changed. While there is a ten percent (10%) increase by the PUD for 1998, we will not need to increase the assessment in ].998 but most likely in 1999. The administration fee will be still be $1.00 per parcel for 1998. Please start the hearing process (if needed) to keep the same assessment rate of $31.00 per parcel for 1998 as was 1997. ' W h Z1 '. t . t..:: Y V i Q 19' 6 F cqrnMissaNps q,i GOUN'iY,WAHINGiON
