c�f Cc�ur�ty Commiss�aners of Grant Counig that an appropriatian
and expenditu�e of �unds should be aut%c��ized for -�he above--
ment�one� department/�tznd, together wi�h a budget thexe�or, in
the es��matscd amo�r�t .of $ ���pQp ; and
WH�xiEAS, expendi�uxe of such funds was no� included in the
c�arrent buctget of Grant County, hawever, emerg�nt cc�nd�tio�s
n�w �equire that s�ch funds be expendec�; and
i�iEREAS, 3t appears that an emergency exists a�d that the
expenditure of such �'unds could not have been rea�o�ably f4reseen
at �he time of making said county budget;
N(JW, THEREFORE, F3E IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COM-
MIS�ItJNER� OF GRANT COUNTY, STATE dF W�SHINGTON, that the afore=
men�ae�ned �acts constiiute an em�:rgency and that an appropriation
