of County Co�nenissioners of Grant County ti�at emergenc.y cand i t ions
require that az� approprzation and expendiiure of �unds bf� ai�th-
orized for tt�e above-mentioz�ed d�}�artment f fund, together witt� a
buciget therefor; and
V�HEREAS, pursuant t� RCW 36.40.140, Resolution I�o.�g�_172-CC
was duly adopted on 11/4/97 ,and publishei� an the

er�erger�cy and stating the� �acts constituting the esnergency and._
