� RESGLUTION relating to ��e �ac�s requiring an appropriatian
ancl expenditure o�' fu.nds for the fal3owing department/fund:
Current Expense Fund i�001, Plannin� and O�eratin� Transfer�-out Dea�G ?
together with a budget thereior; dec7.aring an emergency; and '
�et�zng a publ.ic hearing date; all pursuant to RCW 36.40.141J.
WHEREAS, zt has been brought to �h� attentic�� o� the Bc�ard
of County Cammiss�.oners a� Grant Caunty that an apprapria�i�n
and expenditure o�' �unds should be authoxi��d for the above--
mentioned department/fund, together with a budget there�or, in
the estimated amount .of $ $.51,800 ; �n�
WHEREAS, expendiiure of stzch �unds was not included in ihe
current b�dget o� Gr�.nt �ounty, however, emergent canditions
nflw require tha� such �unds be expended; and
WFiEREAS, it appears that an emergency exasts and that the
expenditure o� such �unds could no� have been reasonably fc�xeseen
at the time of making said caunty budget;
NaW, TAEREFtiRE, BE IT RES4LVED BY THE BOARD OF Ci�UNTY CaM-
MISSIC�NERS OF GRANT C0�3NTY, STATE OF WAS�SINGTON, that the a�oxe�
mention�d facts constitute an emergency and that an apprc�pri.ation
ar�d expenditure o�' funds should be authorized far the �t�llowing
department/�und: Gurrent Expense Fund ��'401, Plannin� & Qpr.Transfers-ou� �epts.,
together with a bt�dget therefor.
BE IT FLTRTiiER RESCILV�D that notice o�' a public hearing upon
sueh expenciiture shall be given, said hearin� to be held an
