1NHERFAS, Coun#y Resolution No. 93-�-CC formally established the Grant
County Solid iNaste Advisory Committee {SWAC}, and
WHEREAS, said resoiutiQn set the number af rytembers appointed by the
Board of County Cammissioners at ten (10} members, and
WHERFr45, it is now felt the number af inem6ers shouid be increased by one
{1} to a tota[ af eteven (11} members,
NOV1/ THEREF4RE BE !T RESOLVED, tha� effeciive upan appointment of
a new member Resolc�tion No. 93-6-CC shail be amended to read as follows:
'i. The Salid Waste Advisory Committee tSWAC)
