RESOLUTION I�UMBER 97-147 -CC
A RESOLUTION relating to the establishment of a petty cash/revolving
fund (account} �or the followi�g county department:
Grant Co�nty Developmental Disabilities to be called: DCL Revolving
Fund.
WHEREAS, it has been called to the attention of the Board of County
Commissi�ners that a petly cash/revolving fund (account) was
established as set forth in Resolution No. 81-39-CC, and
WHEREAS, the establishment of said fund is in accordance with state
and county laws, and does not require a Public Hearing:
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
COUNTY GOM11811SSIONERS, as follows:
• That a petty cash/revolving fund (account) to be known as
DCL Revolving Fund, is hereby increased by the amount ofi
$550 to fhe amo�nt of $7,000 for the following county
department: Grant County Developmental Disabilities.
• That the head of said county department shall be custodian
of said fund, shall record all transactions according to
proper accounting procedures, and shall use it only for the
purpase of purchasing emergency housing, food,
medications, and various other necessities.
• That if a checking account is used, all checks drawn from
said account shall be signed by the Financial Direc�or, DD
Program Director, Residential Services Manager, Community
Living Manager or Executive Director.
• That all expenditus�es from said fund are to be supported
with appropriate receipts and reimbursement of said fund
shall be by claim voucher and warrant.
• Thatthis Resolutio� will supersede Resolution No. 81-39-CC.
