WASHINGTON ge823 (509) 754-201t BOARD OF COUNTY COMIVIISSIONERS GRANT COUNTY, WASHINGTON IN THE MATTER OF ALTERING LOT #4 IN THE PLAT OF TOWN AND COUNTRY ESTATES LOCATED 1N A PORTION OF SECTION 32, TOW3VSHIP 20N, RANGE 29E �------ RESOLUTION NO. g7-141—CC RESOLUTION APPROVING A PLAT ALTERATION Russell Bacon WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Grant County have been acivised by the Grant County Planning Commission that a public hearing was conducted on July 2, 1997 on the matter of altering I.ot Four (4), of the Plat known as Town and Country Estates located in a portion of Section 32, Township 20 North, Range 29 East, W.M., Grant County, Washington. V6VHEREAS, the Grant County Planning Commission made a recommendation to approve the alteration of lot number four which is currently 28.41 acres into gwo lots approximately 8.57 and 19.84 acres in size. WHEREAS, the Grant County Board of Commissioners held a public meeting on July 29, 1997 and, WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners have found that the proposal is consistent with the Grant County Comprehensive Plan. WHEREAS, the Board oi County Commissioners have found that the public use and interest will apparently be served by the plat �lteration. W�iEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners have found that the proposal will �ot adversely effect the health, safety, and general welfare of the public in the vicinity of the proposal. W�iEREAS, the Board of County Comtnissioners have found that the Plat Alteration does not fall within an identified Critical Are� as defined by the Grant County Resource Lands and Critical Areas Ordinance. WHEREAS, the Boasd of County Cominissioners have found that the Plat Alteration should be govemed by the following seven (7) conditions of approval. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Boazd of County Commissioners for Grant County, Washington approve by this Resolution, a plat alteration of Lot Four (4) of the Plat known as Town and Country Estates which is cunently 28.41 acres into two lots approximately 8.57 and 19.84 acres in size. The plat alteration is approved subject to the following conditions. 2. 3. Development shall be in compliance with the Growth Management Act, The County-Wide Planning Policies, The Washington State Environmental Policy Act, the Grant County Comprehensive Plan, the Grant County Zoning Crdinance, and all applicable local, state, and federal regulations, rulings or requirements. Development shall comply with all applicable requirements of the Grant County Fire Mazshal including but not limited to the Uniform Building Code and Uniform Fire Code. Development shali comply with all i�provements and restrictions required by the Grant County Public Works Department. 4. Developer shall comply with all requnrements deemed necessary by the Grant County Health District ,the Washington State Department of Health, and the Washington State Department of Ecology regarding domestic water supply, sewage systems and storm water control ancl treatment including, but not limited to: RCW 90.48.080 Discharge of Polluting Water Prohibited; WAC 173-201, Surface Water Standards; WAC 173-201A, Ground Water Quality Standards and WAC 246-272, On-Site Sewage Systems.
