fare, gursuant to RCY� 36.40.140.
t�HEREAS, it has been braught �o the atteniion af the Board
of County Commissioners of Gra.nt Coun�y that emergency conditic>ns
require tha� an appropriation and expenditu�e of fu�ds b� �.uth-
orized for the abave-me�tioned �.e�artmeni/�und, togethe�� wiih a
budge� therefor; and
tN�iE�iEAS, pursuant to RC�I 36.40.140, Resolution No. q�_»h_cc
was duly adopted an July 15th, I997 , and published in ihe
Grant Countv Journal od1 7/21&7/28/97 declaring an
emergenc� and stating the-facts constituting the emerg�ncy aaid�
ihe estirna.ted amount of funds required ta meet it, tagether wit�h a
noV3ce o� y��zb�.ac %eas�ing, and said public hearing was held thereon
where �nierested persons were allowec� t� a�pear a,nd be �earei;
NOW, T�iERE�'ORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COhiMIS-
SIONERS 0� GRt�NT COUNTY, STATE OF WASHINGTOIV, that an ��ppropraatioii
anct expenditure of funds is hereiay authorized for the fallowing
departmerrt J�und :__Current Expense Fund ��001, Various I Departments
ir� the totaZ sum of $ 76,697 according to the attacned
budget. I��
