WHEI2EAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Grant County have been advised
by the Grant Counry Planning Commission that a publie hearing was conducted on July 2, I99'7 an the
matter of approvang a five {5} year time exte�sian to ailow for the completion of White's Addition to
Lakeview Cauntry Ciub P'reiiminary Plat located in a portion of Section 25, Township 22 Narth, Range
26 East, W.M., Grant Counry, Washingtan.
WI�REAS, the Grant County Planning Commission made a recammendation to the
Board of Connty Cammissioners to approve tl�e above referenced five year time extension.
WHEREfiS, the Grant Ca�anty Board of Cc�unty Commissioners have held a public
meeting on 7uly 28, 199i ta consider the rec�mmendation of the Grant Caunty Plaz�ni�g Cammission.
tt�Vf�EREAS, the Grant County Baard af County Commissioners have found that the
proponent has shown sufficient evidence they meet the criteria far the extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Counry Cpmimissioners
for Grant County, Washington apprave by this Resolution, a five (5) year time extension for the White's
Addition to I,akeview Country Club Preliminary Plat .
