� RESC}LUT�ON xelating ta the facts reg�ixing a� appropriation
and expendi�ure o� �unds for the fallowing department/�und:
Current Expense Fund ��OOI, Various Departments ,
together witn a budget�therefor; declaring an emergency; and '
setting a public hearing date; ali pursuant ta RC�V 36.40.140.
WHER.EAS, it has been brought ta �he attentic�n a� the Baard
o� Cou�ty Commzssioners ai Grarzt County that an approprzation
and expendi�ure of funds shaul.d be authoxized for �he above--
mentioned department/fund, together with a budget there�or, in
ihe estima�ed amount .a� $ $76,697 ; and
�IEREAS, expenditure a� such iunds was not included in the
curr�nt bu�.ge� c�� Grant County, hc�wever, emergent cc�nditians
now xequire that such �unds be expended; a�d
i�IEREAS, it appears that an emergen�y e�ists and �hat tbe
expenditure o�' such funds co�1d na� have been reasonably �oreseen
at the time o� making said county bu.dget;
NO�, THEI�EFC7RE, BE IT RESOLVED B5? THE BOARD QF COUNTY Ct3M-
MISSIOI�IERS OF GRANT C4UNTY, STATE C3F WA�HINGTON, that the a�ore=
mentioned fac�s constitute an eme�gency a�d tha� an apprapriation
and expe�diiure o�' �unds should be authorized �or the following

BE IT FURTHER �i,EStJLVED that notice of a public hearing upon
such expenditure shall be given, sa.�d hearin,g -�a be held on
Ju1v 29,1997 in the Gra�t Cc�unty Commissioners' Of�ice,
Grant County Courthouse, Ephrata, Washingtc�n, at the hour o�'
