WHEREAS, the Baard of Caunty Comuvissianers of Grant County have been advised
by ihe Gra�at County Pla�ning Commissian that a public hearing was conduc#ed on March 5, 1997 on the
matter af approving a two (2} year time extensian ta allow far the eoznpletion c�f the Sun Canyan Resart
Planned tTnit Develapment iocated in a partiau af Section Zl & 22, Township I8 North, Range 23 East,
W.M., Grant County>.Washington.
WHEREAS, the Graut County Pianni.ng Cammission made a recommendatian to the
Board of County Commissioners to apprave the above re%renced twa year time extension.
WHEREAS, the Gr�nt County Board of County Cammissioners has held a public
me,eting an 7uly 14, 199i to consider the recommenclation of the Grant Caunty Pianni.ng Commission.
WHEREAS, the Grant Caunty Board of County Cammissioners has found that the
proponent has shown sufficient evidence they meet the criteria for the extension.
NOW, 'TF3ER:�FCiRE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County Comm%sszoners
for Grant Caunty, Washington agprave by this Resolution, a two{2) year time e��eension for the Sun
Canyon Resort Planned Unit Develogment.
