WF-�REAS, it has been brought to the attenfian of the Board of Grant Cammissioners that
that unanficipated state and /or federal funds have been made available fax the 19�7 budget
af the CL��RFNT EXPENSE FUN� # 001, SHERIFF`S DEFT. # 114
in ihe amouni of $S,OQ� ; and
WHEREAS, RCW 36.40.1�0 autharizes supplementa.l apprapria�ans fram unanticd'zpated
staze and/or federal funds after publications of notice o�the iime an� date of the meeting at which
the supplemenfi.al appropria�ons resoluhon will be adop�ed, and the amount of the appropriaiion,
once each iueek, for two consecuiive weeks priar to such meeiing in the afficial newspaper af �ze
county; and
tiVHEREAS, publication of the requisite Iega1 natice was made in �e �rant count�- .Ta7rrn�z
newspaper ofGrani Cazu�ty an 7J3&7/10%97 and said meeting was held in the
t�rant County Cazn�issioners' Office, Grant County Courthause, Eph�aia, Washington;
