oi County Comrnissioners of Grant County that em�rg�ncy conditi�ns
require that a:n appropriation and expendi�ture of funds be auth-
orized for the above-mentioned department/fund, toge�hez• with a

was dul� adopte€� on JUNE 30, 1997 , anei pud�Iished in �he
GRANT COUNTY JOURNAL on �rrn�F 19 & 26, 1997 �eclaring an
emerge�eg and stating the-facts constituting the emergency �zncl�
the es�ti�ta�ed amount of �unds req�aired to meet it, together wit�h a
notice ef pubiic hearing, and said ptxblic hearing was he�d thereon
where interested perso�s were alloweci to appear and be heard;
