A RESOLUTION authorizing an appropriatian and expenditt�r� of funds

MISC. GENERAL GOVT. DEPT ��125 ,�ogether with a b�adg�t tf�ere-
fare, pursua.r�t to RC� 36.40.140.
WHEREAS, it has been broug�t to the attention of tt�e I3c>ard
oi Ceurtty Commissioners of Grant Couniy t�at emerge�cy conditions
require that a� appropriatioa� and expenditure of fu�d`s be auth-
orizeci for the above-me�tioned departmentJfund, together with a
budget �here�or; an�
�I�ER�AS, pu�suant to RC�' 36.40.1�0, Resolu.tion No.�7_112-CC
was du�y ado�sted on JUNE 30, 1997 , and published in the
GRANT COUTNY JOURNAL on JUNE 19 & 26, 1997 a���arin g an
ernergenc� and stating the-facts constituting the emerg�ncy andry
the esti�ated amount of �uncis requireci to meet it, together wi�h a
notice of public hearing, and said public hearing was held therean
where interested persons'were al�owed to agpear and be heard;
NO�, Tf�EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY CO�iMIS-
SIONERS OF GRANT COUNTY, STATE OF WASHINGTON, that ar� appropriation
and expenditure of funds is herei�y authorized for the �ollowing
depart��nt/fund: �URRENT EXPENSE FUND ��110 MISC. GOVT. DEPT ��125
i� the total sum of $ 57s� according to the attacY�ed
budget.
