� RES4LUTI�N autflorizing an appropriation a.nd expenditure of funds
for the foliowing department jfund: Current ExPense Fund ��001 ,

fore, pursuant to RCW 36.�d.14B.
WHEREAS, it has beera brought to the atiention of �t�e I3o��rd
o� C�unty Comanissioners of Grant County that emerger�cyT conditions
r�equi�°e that an appropriation and ex}��nditure of fut�cls be auth-
orizeci for the a�ove-m�ntioned de�artrr4en�/�und, t�gett��x• wi�h a
�udget thare�or; and
WHEREAS, pursuant ta RC�I 36.40.140, Resolution No. 97-90-CC
v�as dtzly adopted a� Ju�e 2,1997 , and published in the
Grant County Journal on 6/12&6/19/97 declaring an
emergency ar�d stating the-facts constituting the emergency a�1d ,
the esiimated a�ount of �unds required to meet it, together witl�i a
n�tice oi public hearing, and said publie hearing was held thereon
uhere inieresteci persor�s were allowed to appear ane� be h�ard;
