RESOLUTION NUMBER 97- 108 -CC
WHEREd�S, the Grant County Treasurer has advised that Grant
County's portion of the P.U.D. Privilege Tax will be deposited in
the County's depository account on June 20,1997 in the amount of
$1,451,075.47, and

RE: PUD PR2VILEGE TAX
According to R.C.W. 54.28.090, the county legislative authority
shall direct the county treasurer to distribu�e these funds to
eaCh taxing district in the county other than school districts in
a manner they deem most equitable, except not less than an amount
equal to .75% of the gross revenue obtained by a district from
the sale of electrical energy within any unincorporated city or
town shall be remitted to such city or town.
Attached is a copy of the computation of the cities' and towns'
portion which amounts to a total of $142,185.23 and money to go
directly to Fire 8 General and North Central Regional Library.
The balance of $1,308,362.18 is to be distributed according to
your direction.
