WHEREAS, the Baard af Caunty Coz�missioners of Gran.t County have been advised
by the Grant Cawaty Plauning Commission that a public �aearzng was candncied an May 14, 1997 on tlae
matter af chauging ths zoning from Freeway Commercial to Light Indnstrial {L � an a 99 acre parcel
Iocateci in a portion of Sectzon 32, Township 19 North, Range 24 East, W.ivl., �rant County,
Washington.
V6'HEREAS, the Grant County Planning Commission made a recamme,ndation to
approve t�ae zone cl�ang$.
WHEREAS, the Grant Cc�unty Board of County Commissioners held a pnblic meeiing
on 7une i0, �997 au this rezone request.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Cammissianers faund sufficient evidence to uphald
the re�ammendatians af the Grant County Planning Commission for approval.

upc>n consideration of tha te.5timony and administrative recorri in the application of the zane change, ttae
Grant eouniy Board of Coun%y Com2nissioners have made ihe follc�wing findings af fact:
FINDINGS OF FACT:
l. The praposai does comply with the Grant County Resource Lands and Gritical Areas
Developmesst Ordinance.
Z. The pmposal is conszst�nt with the Grant Caunty Compreheasiva Plan.
3. The propasai is nat in the Coluznbia Basin Irrigatian Prvject and daes not receive a watez
allotment.
4. The propoaient has demonstrated that this proposat wili pxovide Iong term benefits ta the
cc�mrnunity.
NdW, TKEREFURE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Baard of Caunty Cammissianers
for Grant County, Washington approve by thas Resolution, a zone change for tha follawing described
property.
The subject property is Gxant County Assessors parcel #31-115S-0OfJ a 9.9 acre parcel.
