WHEREAS, the Board of County Cammissioners of Graat County have been advised
by the Grant Caunty Plan�i�g Commission that a public hearing was candu�ted oa May 14, i99� on the
matter af changing the zoning from Agricniture tc� General Corr�mercial (G-C) on a 5.58 ac;re parcel
locateci in a pafian of S�tion 32, Township 19 Nar#h, Range 24 East, W.M., Grant County,
Washington.
�VAEREAS, the Grant Caunty Planning Canunission made a recommendation to
agprove the w�a change.
WHEREAS, the Gzaat �ounty Board of County Commissioners held a public meeti.ug
on 3une 10, a99� on this rewne request.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners found sufficient evid�nce ta nphold
the recaminendations of the Grant Count� Planning Commission for approval.
WAEREAS, upon consideration of the applicants wzitten and nral argu�nents, and
upon cansideration o€ ahe testimony and administrative recard ia ihe application af the zone change, the
Grant County Board of County Commiss�oners have made the follawing findings of fact:

Development Qrdinance.
2. The prapasal is nat in the Columbia Basin Irrigation Projeet and does not receive a�ater
allotment,
3. The praponent has demonstrated that circumstances in the vicinity of the propc�secl rezone have

4. The propameat has demonstrated that this proposal wi21 provide la�g term benefits ta tha
communiry.
