IN THE MATTER OF RESOLUTION TO INCREASE FUND
ADDITIONAL REVOLVING FUND
IN THE AUDITOR'S OFFICE
FOR THE LICENSINC DEPARTMENT RESOLUTION NUMBER: 97-106-CC
WHEREAS the Grant County Auditor has the responsiblity to issue vehicle
licenses; and
WHEREAS, the Grant County Auditor has two computerized licensing work
stations and two employees; and
WHEREAS, the Auditor's Office desires to mainntain accountability for all funds
and to avoid the co-mingling of funds;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that an additional $50.00, to be divided
between the two cash boxes, each assigned to one work station, b� �dded to the �rant County
Auditor's revolving fund for a total of $400�00 to be used for such purposes in the Vehicle
Licensing Department.
