RESQLUTION NUMBER 97-97-CC
A R.�SOLUTIO�T relating to t}�e facts requixing an appropr�a�ion
and expendi�ure of �unds for the following department/fu.nd:
Curren� Expen�e Fund �i�001. Planning De�t.��7�1 =
, together with a budge� therefor; declaring an emergency; and �
set�ing a public hearing date; all pursuant to RCW 36.40.1.4C7.
�H�R.�AS, it has been brought to the a�tenti�n o� the Board
of County Cammissioners of Grant County that an apgrc�priation
and expenditure of funds should be authorized for the above-
mentianed department/�und, tagether with a budget tY�ere�or, in
the estimated amoun� .af $ 6,,�00 ; and
WHEREAS, expendiiure o� such �unds was not included in �he
current budget o� Grant Co�nty, hc�wever, emergent condi.taons
�ow require tha� such �unds �� expended; and �
WHEREAS, at appears that an emergency exisis and that the
expenditure o� �uch funds could not have been reasonab3y fo�eseen
at the time oi making said county budgety
