A RESQLUTION relatirtg to the facts rc:quiring an apprapria�ion
and expenditure o� funds far the fallowing department%f�.and:

togethe� wi�h a budget tl�ere�or; eclaring an emergency; and '
seiting a public hearing date; all purs��.nt to RCW 36.40.240.
WHEREAS, it has been brought t�a the a�tention o� the Board
of County Commissio�ers o� Grant County that an appropriation
and expenditu�e of fu:nds should be authorized for the above-
mentic�ned department/�u.nd, together with a budget there�or, in
the estimated amount .of $ 87,320 ; and
iNHEREAS, expenditure o� such �u€�ds u�as not inclu.ded �n �he
current budget of Grant Cfl�nty, hc�wever, emergent cc�uditions
now require tha� such funds be expended; and
WHEREAS, it appears that an emergency exists and that the
�xpendituse of such �unds could not have been reasonab�y �oreseen
at the time o� making said county budget;
