RES4LUTION NUMBEFd. 97-87-CC
A RESC?LUTION relating to the facts requiring an appropria�io�
and expenditure of i�nds �or �he frallowing depa�t�nent/fund:
Fair Fund ��116, Department ��158 ,
tog�ther with a budget there�or; declaring an emergency; and �
setting a public hearing date; all pursuant �o RCW 36.40.140.
WHEREAS, it has been brQught to the at�tention o� -�he B4ard
of County Cermtnissianers of Grant Caunt� that an appropria�ion
and expendi�ure of funds should be authorized far the abave-
men�ianed departznent/�und, tagether wi�h a budget there�ar, in
the esiimated amo�znt .o� $ �9.688 � �n�
WFIEREAS, expenditure of such �unds was not included in ihe
current budget o� Grant County, hc�wever, emergex�t candit�ons
now �equire tha� such iunds be expended; and
WHEREAS, it appear� that an emergency e�ists and that the
expenditure o� such �unds could not have been reasonably fareseen
at the time o� making said caunty budget;
