state, rank�ng our state fourth per capita in the nation, and
WHEREAS, the American w�y of iife we t��td so dear was made
largeiy passipte through the unselfish devatian �f duty of our veterans;

WHEREAS, nearly 73,OOQ veterans have sought wrorkforce
s�rvices �r€�r» the E�ployment Sec�rity Dep�rtment during the last
year; and
WHEREAS, Grant County recognizes that veierans are a vrreii-
trained, sometimes untapped pool of labar with a wide range ofi
technical skills; and

employment assistance io veierans;
