WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Grant County have been advised
by the Grant County Planning Commission that a public hearing was conducted on April 2, 1997 on the
matter of altering Log 1, Block 27 of Grant Orchard in a portion of Section 31, Township 22 North,
Range 27 East, W.M., Grant County, Washington.
WHEREAS, the Grant County Planning Commission made a recommendation to
approve the plat alteration,
VVHEREAS, there was a quorum present the night of the Planning Commission
meeting this proposal was sent to the County Commissioners with an official recommendation,
`'VHEREAS, the Grant County Board of Commissioners held a public meeting on May
5, 1997 and,
WHEREAS, the Board off County Commissioners have found that the proponent did
present sufficient evidence that the subject property wananted the replat_
WHEREAS, the Board og County Commissioners have found that the proposed replat
is in the publec's best interest and bears a s�abstantial relationship to the general welfare of the residents.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County Commissioners
for Grant County, Washington approve by this Resolution, a plat atteration of Lot #i, Block 27 at the
following describeci property:
The portion of Section 31, Township 22 North, Range 27 E.W.M., Grant County, Washington. The
suhject property is ��urrently known as tax parcel �14-1482-001.
