A RESC3LUTIQN r�Iating to the facts requiring an appropria�ian
and expend�iure o� funds far the following department%fund:
Marine View Heights Water System Fund ��404, Dept.��OdI ,
iogether with a budget therefar; d.eclaring an emergency; and �
setting a public hearing date; all pursuan�t to RCt� 36.�0.140.
�'HEREAS, it has been brought to �he attentic�n o� t�e Board
o� Gounty Commissi.oners o� �rant Caun�y that an appropriation
and expenditure o� �unds should be authori�ed �or the above-
me�tioned departmentjfund, together with a budget.there�or, in
tlne estimated amount .af $ 83,236 ; and
WHEREAS; expenditure o� such �unds was nat inciuded in the
curre�t b�tzdget o� Grant County, hawever, emergent conditions
now reguire that such �unds be expencled= and
iiVHHEREAS, it appears tha.i an emer�er�cq exists and that the
expenditure oi such funds could not have bee� reasonably foreseen
at the time o� making said county budget;
