i�HEREAS, �.t has been brought to the a�tention a� -�he Board
of County Cammissi.oners of Grant Cour�ty th�.� �.sa apprapriation
a�d expenditure of �unds should be aut�.c�rized �ar the above-
mentianed depar�ment�fund, together with a bt�dget there�or, in
the estimated amount .of $ $17,781 ; and
t�HEREAS, expenditure of stzch ��ands was not included in ihe
eurrent bzzdget �� �rant County, however, emergent ca�di�.ions
now req�aire that such iunds be expe�ded; �.nd �
�iEREAS, it appears that an emergency exis�s and that the
expenditure ai such iunds could not have been reasonably �areseen
at the iime of making said county budget;
