WHEREAS, the Boa�d of County Commissioners of Grant County have been advised ,
by the Grant Counry Planning Comnussion that a public hearing was conducted on March 5, 1997 on the ,
matter of approving the Preliminary Plat of Davis Plat in a portion of the Southeast quarter of the
Southwest quarter of Section 4, Township 19 North, Range 28 East, W.M., Grant County, Washington.
WHEREAS, the Grant County Board of Counry Commissioners held a regular public
meeting on April 8, 1997.
WHEREAS, the Boa�d of Counry Commissioners have found that appropriate
provisions have been made for drainage, roads, alleys, utilities, public ways, water supplies, sanitary
��astes, parks, playgroi:n�s, fire prote�tio?� faciliaes, scheal sites, grounds, �nd other public and private
facilities and improvements as required by all applicable local, state and federal codes and requirements.
WHEREAS, the Boa�d of County Cominissioners have found that the proposed
subdivision does conform to the general purpose of the Comprehensive Plan and public use and interest
will be served by the proposal.
WHEREAS, the Boagd of Counry Commissioners have found that the proposal does not
fall within a Critical Area as defined by the Grant County Resource Lands and Critical Areas Ordinance.
WHEREAS, the Boaa�d of County Commissioners have found that the proposal does
comply with the Grant County Zoning Ordinance.
WHEREAS, the Boaa�d of Counry Commissioners ha�e found that a mitigated
Detemunation of Non-Significance has been issued for this proposal. .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County Commfssioners
for Grant Counry, Washington approve by this Resol�tion, the seven (7) lot subdivision of the
Preliminary Plat of Davis Plat on the following described property subject to the following conditions of
approval.

Conditions:
1. The Proposal shall be in compliance with the Grant Counry Comprehensive plan, the Growth
Management Act, The County Wide Planning Poflicies, The Washington State Environmental Policy
Act, the Grant County Zoning Ordinance, the Grant County Resource Lands and Critical Areas
Development Ordinance and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, rulings or
requirements.
