RESOLUTION TO DECLARE SURPLUS RESOLUTION No. 17- ��r CC
TECHNOLOGY SERVICES
MISCELLANEOUS INVE1�iTORY ITEMS '
WHEREAS,The Grant County Department of Technology Services has numerous items on their �
yearly inventory list that are no longer in their possession; and ;
WHEREAS, The Depai�tment of Technology Services,through the yearly inventoiy process,has
determined that the equipment on the attached list are electronically inaccessible(cannot be seen on the
network) are not physically present or identifiable; and �
WHEREAS,the Department of Technology Services requests the Board of County
Commissioners declare these items surplus in order to remove these items from their inventory list
permanently.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT HEREBY ItESOLVED THAT the Board of County
Commissioners declare as surplus the attached list of items as presented by Grant County
Technology Services.
