RESOLUTION TO DECLARE SURPLUS RESOLUTION No. 17- 0��CC
GARAVENTA CHAIR LIFT

Garaventa Chair Lift(asset tag#100478); and
WHEREAS,this chair lift was purchased in 1994 and is used on the courthouse stairs that lead to
the District Court area in the original courthouse; and
WHEREAS,the current courthouse remodel will include a new elevator,mal<ing this chair lift
not needed; and
WHEREAS, The F&M department has determined that this chair lift was built speci�cally for
the courthouse stairs and is unusable by any other entity and its parts are now obsolete; and
WHEREAS,the F&M department is requesting that the Board of County Commissioners declare
surplus this unit with the intent to dispose of it at the Grant County Land�ll.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT the Board of County
' Commissioners declare as surplus the above named Garaeenta Chair Lift with the intent to dispose
of it at the Grant County Landfill.
