hy the Grant County Planning Commission that a public hearing was canducted on 7anuary $, 1997 on

North, Range 23 East, W.M., Grant Connty, Washington.
W�iEREAS, the Grant County Planuing Commassian mada a recc�nunendation io

W�CR�AS, there was not a quorum present the night of the Planning Cammission
meeting this �roposal was not sent t� the Co�mty Commissianers with an offieial recommenciaiion,
WHEREAS, the Grant County Board of Commissioners held a public meeting on
Pebruary 10, 199T and,
W.HF..REAS, the Board of County Commisszoners have found that the proponent did
present sufficient evidence that the subjeet property warrauted tha replat.
WHEREAS, the Baard of County Commissioners have found that the progosed repiat
is in the pubtic's best interest and bears a substantial relatianship io the general welfare of the residents.
WHEREAS, the Board af County Commissioners have faund that the proponent has
demonscrated that a need exists in the area fQr smaller lats that allow znanufactureci. hames.
