WI�EREAS, the B�ard af County C�mmissivners of Grant Cou �.. y have been
adviseci by the Grant +Caunty Planning Commissia� that a public hearing was c� .�ducteci on
May 5, 1996 on the matter of changing the zon�ng from "AGR (Agriculture�" tc, "S - A
{Suburban-Agriculture} in a gartion of Sec�on 9 and 10, Township 19 North, Range 27 Fast,
W.M., Grant County, Washington (Taac parcel nu�nbers 7i42, 'I141, and 9371} and;
WHEREAS, the Board c�f County (. snmisszvners, having said rec�mmendation,
have given notice this matter wouid be considered �t their regular meeting an May 28, 1996.
WHEREAS, the Baard af County ��mmissioners after reviewing the record of
the Grant County Pianning Cammissic�n had uphel� the recommendation ie� deny the
application for zvne change.
WHEREAS, the Baard vf County Cc�mmissioners have reschedt. � d a public
hearing tc► review the record and reopen th� previc��s public meetzng to take ad tionai
cornment and informati�rn.

Project and water is unavailable to the parcels.
2. The property is not productive far crops witho�t an irrigation water allatm� :.
3. In the vicinity of the pmject there are lots of similar size and use.
4. The proposat is consistent with the Grant Cour�iy Comprehensive Pian,
