of County Commissioners of Gra,nt Coua�iy thai emergenc.y conditions
�equire that �.� a�propriation ancd exp�nci�ture of funds be auth-
orized for t�ae above-me�tioned de�ar�ment/funci, together wiih a
�udget therefor; and
Y�HEREAS, pursuant ta RCW 36.40.144, Resolution NO.qh-174-CC
was duly ad.apted �n 12/11/96 ,and published in the
Grant County Journal on 12/12&/12/19/96 de cIa rin g an
emergency and stating the�facts co�stituting the emergency and�
ihe estimated amo�tnt of funds reqt�ired to meet ii, together with a
notice oi public hearing, and said publ�c heari�g was held thereon
�uk�e�e interested persons�were allowed to appear �.nd be heard;
