A RESOLUTION authorizing an appropriation and e�penditure of funds
�or the following ciepartment�fund: Prosecutor Crime Victim Comp. Fund

WHEREAS, it has been brought to ihe a.ttentivn of tt�E> Bc�<�.rd
of Cc�unty �ommissioners of Grant Couniy that emergency conditions
require that an appropriation and exp�nditure of fu�cl's be auth-
orized for the above-mentioned department/fund, iogethez° with �.
budget there�or; and
VdH�REAS, pursuant to ftCW 36.40.140, Resolution No.96-175-CC
was duly adopted on 12/11/96 ,and published in the
Grant County Journal on 12/12/&12/19/96 �l��l arin g an
emergenep and staiing the-facts constituting the emergency and ,
t�e estirnated amaunt of funds required to meet ii, tog�ther wit�h a
notice a� public hearing, and said public hear�ng was he�d thereon
where ani�xest�d persons were allowed to appear and be reard;

SIONERS OF GR�,Ni COLiNT�, STA�E OF WASHINGTOI�, that an a�pro�r�atic�n
and expenditure oi funds is hereby authorized ior the fo�Iowing

in the total sum of $ 600 accorciing to the attached
budget.
This resolution is in the best interesis of goad government
