LOCATED IN A PORTION OF SEC. 22, � A PLAT ALTERATION
TOWNSHIP 14 NORTH, RANGE 23 EAST �
W.M., �iRANT COUNTY, WASHINGTON � NORMAN GARNER AND ALLEN MICHLER
WHEREAS, the Board of County �ommissioners of Grant County have been
advised by the Grant County Planning CommissiQn that a public hearing was conducted on
October 2, 1996 on the matter of approving the �lat alteration of Lots 51, 52, and 53,
Division 5 dividing Lot 52 into two equal portions and adding the half lot to Lot 51 and Lot
53.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners held a public meeting
regarding this matter.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners have upheld me findings of
the Grant County Planning Commission that the pablic use and interest will apparenfly be
served try this plat alteration.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners have upheld `'�e findings of
the Grant County Planning Commission that the Y�at alteration is compatible th the
sunounding area.
WHEREAS, the Board of County �ommissioners have upheld the findings of
the Grant County Planning Commission that the �lat alteration will enhance the living
conditions of the area.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE TT RESJLVED, that the Board of County
Commissioners for Grant County, Washington b;= this Resolution approve the plat alteration of
Lots 51, 52, and 53, in Division 5. This action �ill allow the division of Lot 52 into two
equal portions and ad�ing the half lot to the Adjoi�ing lots (Lot 51 and Lot 53, Division 5).
